1. Request an opt-out from our marketing by email
Email support@5minutesloan.com with the subject "Marketing Opt-Out". Give the email address or phone number you want removed and identify the messages or caller if known. An email-only unsubscribe needs only the relevant email address. The button opens your email app; you still need to send the message. Do not include bank or Social Security information.
Timing
2. How long it takes
Text messages
Reply STOP to the sender, or use another reasonable way to revoke permission. Applicable law requires revocation to be honored within the relevant time limit; a sender may send a permitted confirmation message. Contact us if marketing continues after your request.
Emails
Federal CAN-SPAM rules require commercial-email opt-outs to be honored within 10 business days. Use the sender's unsubscribe link or email the relevant address above. There is no charge to unsubscribe.
Phone calls
Call opt-outs are honored within a reasonable time, and no later than required by law.
Other companies
3. Lenders and partners
A request to us concerns marketing by or on behalf of 5MinutesLoan. Lenders and partners may also send their own messages. Identify the sender when contacting us, and you can also revoke permission directly with that sender. This does not remove any obligation we or a recipient have to record, communicate or honor a revocation under applicable law.
Federal registry
4. National Do Not Call Registry
You can also add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. Registration does not prevent every permitted or unlawful call. You can still tell a particular caller to stop, including when you previously gave permission. See the FTC's email opt-out guidance and federal call and text rules.
