Electronic Consent:Your consent to get records from us electronically
This Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures is provided under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). It applies to communications from Adon Media Group LLC about your use of 5minutesloan.com. Lenders you are matched with may ask for their own separate electronic consent.

What this means
- We may give you disclosures and notices electronically instead of on paper.
- An action clearly identified as agreement can record an electronic signature; merely browsing does not.
- You can ask for a free paper copy of any record.
- You may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge.
Scope
1. What you are agreeing to
When you affirmatively agree to electronic delivery in connection with a request, the consent covers:
- our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other disclosures;
- notices about your request and any changes to these documents;
- any other communication we are required by law to give you in writing.
Your electronic signature
A checkbox or button that clearly asks you to agree can record an electronic signature when you use it for that purpose. Simply visiting a page, using navigation or reading a guide is not an agreement to electronic records, a loan or marketing calls. Review the documents identified alongside the agreement action before you proceed.
Delivery
2. How we deliver records
We provide records by posting them on the Site or by sending them to the email address you give us.
What you need
3. Hardware and software requirements
To access and keep electronic records you need:
A device
a computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection;
A web browser
a current version of a common web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) with cookies and JavaScript enabled;
a valid email address and software to read email;
PDF reader and storage
a PDF reader and either a printer or enough storage space to save records.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from accessing records, we will tell you and ask for your consent again.
Paper copies
4. Getting paper copies
You can ask for a free paper copy of any record we provided electronically by emailing support@5minutesloan.com. Please include your name and mailing address.
Withdrawing
5. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, by emailing support@5minutesloan.com with the subject "Withdraw E-Consent". Withdrawal takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it and does not affect records already provided. Because our service is offered online only, withdrawing consent means we may no longer be able to process requests from you.
Your email
6. Keeping your email up to date
Please tell us if your email address changes by writing to support@5minutesloan.com.
Confirmation
7. Your agreement
Before agreeing to electronic delivery, confirm that you can access and keep the records described above. Save the terms and notices presented with your request. A lender may ask you to complete a separate consent process before providing its loan documents.
